The 3PL Manager is responsible for theoperational management of third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, ensuringthat distribution services — warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping —efficiently support the company's B2B, retail, and e-commerce channels.

- 5-8+ years of experience inlogistics, supply chain, or 3PL operator management, preferably infashion/apparel or retail

- Direct experience managing tendersor RFPs for logistics services

- Knowledge of WMS/TMS systems and EDIflows

- Strong analytical skills (advancedExcel; familiarity with BI tools a plus)

- Negotiation skills and experiencemanaging strategic supplier relationships

- Fluent in English; a second language(French/German) preferred given multi-market operations

- Willingness to travel

- Experience in private equity / valuecreation contexts, with reporting oriented toward board and financialstakeholders

- Knowledge of connected retail /marketplace distribution models (e.g. Zalando Partner Program)
