Fendi Italia Srl seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate (Maternity Leave) to support corporate recruitment in Rome within the HR Corporate Department, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and BP Corporate.

The role handles end-to-end recruitment: creating job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and delivering qualified shortlists while building stakeholder relationships and promoting diversity and inclusion. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
