MAIN TASKS

- Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring the institution's profitability and risk exposure/position
- Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)
- Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP,



Recovery Plan, and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, and Capital Allocation)
- Policies & procedures

TRAINING

- Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics, or engineering
- Preferred knowledge of econometrics
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)
- The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus

SOFT SKILLS

- Problem-solving and result-oriented attitude;
- Excellent team working attitude
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
