Our technology starts with you.nnYOUR ROLEnnYou will take part in exploring new architectures for high frequency VCOs employing MEMS (Micro-electromechanical systems) / BAW (Bulk acoustic wave) resonators.nn * Investigate MEMS / BAW resonator models,



comparing different suppliers to identify the best technology.n * Investigate different oscillators topology targeting best-in-class Phase Noise.n * Design an oscillator employing MEMS / BAW resonator.n * Layout implementation targeting on silicon integration.nnnnYOUR SKILLS u0026 EXPERIENCESnnExamplenn * Bacheloru2019s degree in Electronics Engineering or similarn * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Office Suite, Matlabn * Knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso Simulation Environmentn * Knowledge of basic Analog and RF Design (Oscillators, PLLs)n * English business proficiencynnnnST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
