From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in shaping our pricing strategies and demand forecasts, directly impacting our market competitiveness and business growth. Under the guidance of your tutor,
you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
· Supporting pricing policy definition by analyzing cross-functional inputs (customer/consumer data, competitor data, product data, and market trends).
· Supporting sales campaigns validation and exceptions authorization.
· Monitoring local selling prices by channel and country.
· Creating and maintaining competitor price benchmarks and customer sell-in/sell-out reports.
· Monitoring monthly quantity and net sales forecast monitoring.
· Preparing monthly reports and evaluating results for management meetings, marketing, sales, and controlling teams.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
· Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2 level).
· Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
