The resource will be integrated in our Maintenance and Engineering Team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

- Identify and facilitate processes for improvement projects, training,



and workshops to support the culture of continuous improvement

- Conduct root cause failure analysis to determine metrics, solve Maintenance/Business issues, project planning, capacity, and create Standard Maintenance Technical Procedures

- Perform advanced data collection and analysis to map processes targeted for improvement, develop budget proposals and cost analysis to determine project feasibility

- Lead Value Stream Mapping on the maintenance process to define the As-Is analysis and the transition phase to achieve the To-Be state

- Acting as Project Leader, oversee the planning and installation for the implementation of new machinery and processes, with a focus on project timing and budget

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Master's degree in Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field

- English language skills

- Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong knowledge of PLC software

- Basic knowledge of industrial technical drawing and fluidic and electrical diagrams, maintenance performance indicators (KPI)

- Basic knowledge of legislation and technical regulations in the field of workplace safety and hygiene

- Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools
