Job Function

- Develop platform-specific content strategies for TikTok and Instagram.

- Ensure that all content aligns with the client’s branding and messaging guidelines.

- Work with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content.

- Coordinate community manager and content creator to ensure that creative assets are delivered on time and meet the client’s branding and quality standards.

- Provide feedback on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust the strategy accordingly.

- Oversee the execution of the content strategy and ensure alignment across all platforms.

- Coordinate the social media team,



reviewing and approving content ideas and calendar proposals.

- Ensure brand consistency and strategic focus in all published content.

- Monitor performance and collaborate with the Social Media Manager to optimize results.

- Support team workflows and escalate any major issues to the account lead or client.

Requirements

- Content Strategy & Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, formats, and audience behavior to develop tailored strategies.

- Creative Direction & Quality Control: Ability to guide content creators and designers to ensure brand-aligned, engaging, and high-quality output.

- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Ability to interpret social media metrics, give actionable feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Brand Messaging & Consistency: Strong grasp of tone of voice, visual identity, and maintaining brand coherence across platforms and content types.

- Native Italian and fluent in English.
