Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to assess their needs and identify business goals through detailed consultations.
- Design and deliver customized solutions that effectively address the unique challenges faced by clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that drive client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
- Conduct training and support sessions for clients, empowering them to utilize our products to their fullest potential.




- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant and informed guidance to clients.

- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a strong plus.
- Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
