In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance their communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.
- Provide effective therapy sessions and monitor client progress with evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.




- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and advancements.
- Advise families and caregivers on strategies to support communication improvement at home.

- A relevant degree in Speech Therapy and a valid professional license to practice.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in speech therapy, with preference given to those with clinical or educational backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
