Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through in-depth discussions to gather their requirements and understand their business goals.
- Develop and present tailored solutions that effectively address client challenges and add value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insightful recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
- Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the use of our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant guidance during consultations.
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn about new technologies and tools.
