Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to identify their specific needs and business objectives.
- Design and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges.
- Provide consultative insights and recommendations based on best practices in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and support of solutions.
- Lead training sessions for clients to help them maximize the benefits of our products.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to offer relevant guidance.
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Technical affinity and a willingness to learn new tools and solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
