This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity, and who possess a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, helping them navigate their cybersecurity solutions and addressing their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity services, software installation, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide clear and comprehensive information on security features, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving incidents promptly.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to escalate complex issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to provide relevant assistance.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experiences by gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or IT support sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
