Responsibilities

- Communicate with Italian-speaking customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Learn about the company's products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Help identify customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve your sales techniques and industry knowledge.

- Fluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written).




- At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
