Mercier Consultancy MD is eager to welcome a Danish Speaking Content Moderator to our diverse team in Sofia, Bulgaria! As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and manage user-generated content in Danish, ensuring it complies with our guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish for compliance with community standards.
- Accurately categorize and assess content according to established moderation policies.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide insights into content trends and user behavior to help improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance moderation processes.




- Stay informed about changes in company policies and best practices related to content moderation.

- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating moderation decisions.
- Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with care.
- Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
