We are looking for a candidate who can be Accounting Supervisor for the Italian company with office in Savigliano.
Reporting directly to the MD of Firefly Italy and dotted line to CFO in Sweden, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:
Financial responsible for the Italian company and monthly reporting to the head office in Sweden;
Accounting, invoicing, VAT-reports,
reminders for due customer payments, monthly reconciliations and closing the accounts;
Project report accounting, cost control in projects and support to the Sales team with project budgets and follow up;
Responsible for payroll, contact person for the external payroll agency and reporting to tax office, and other authorities;
Responsible for the all agreements for the office as rental, company cars, office supplies, insurances;
Supporting the Managing Director with employment contract and other HR tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Economics academic background
3-5 years of experience in small or medium size companies
Very good business English level
MS Office
Strong data analytics skills
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and under stress, problem-solving and teamwork
Location: Cuneo area
