As a Data Scientist on the Data & Analytics team, you translate data into business value by applying machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to influence decision-making. You will collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and engineers to design data-driven solutions aligned with company goals. You’ll build and maintain ML models, analyze large datasets, and continuously improve the data science pipeline, driving measurable outcomes. This role offers impact at scale within a cross-functional, growth-focused environment.

- Understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Define the data science roadmap and priorities with leadership
- Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to forecast trends and optimize processes
- Analyze large datasets and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advise and improve the data science pipeline to meet analytics needs
- Collaborate with business leaders,



product teams, and engineers to ensure data solutions meet requirements
- Stay up to date with data science, AI, and ML trends to enhance capabilities
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of data science experience solving complex business problems
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align data projects with objectives
- Excellent communication skills to translate insights into business recommendations
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to handle complex and unstructured data
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with SQL and large data sets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
