No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional. /p h3Role Summary /h3 pThe Product Manager Specialist - Planning is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Centric Planning standard models (EasyModel), translating strategic business requirements into scalable, standardised planning solutions. The role focuses on core planning capabilities, including Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Assortment Planning, and Inventory Planning, while supporting customers and internal teams through documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement. /p pWorking as part of the Product Management team, this role collaborates across all planning domains supported by the standard planning solution. The Product Manager Specialist ensures planning models remain consistent, scalable,
and aligned with the overall product strategy, enabling customers to adopt best practices while minimising customisation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain Centric Planning standard models (EasyModel) across multiple planning domains. /li liTranslate strategic business and market requirements into robust, scalable planning solutions. /li liOwn and enhance standard planning capabilities, including: /li liMerchandise Financial Planning (MFP) /li liAssortment Planning /li liInventory Planning /li liOther planning processes within the Centric Planning portfolio as required. /li liEnsure standard models remain coherent, reusable, and aligned with product architecture and roadmap. /li liProduce and maintain functional documentation, model specifications, and implementation guidance. /li liInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues affecting standard planning models. /liliCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and UX teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements. /li liSupport customer implementations by providing expertise on standard model behaviour and best practices. /li liEvaluate customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement. /li liParticipate in product discovery, feature definition, testing, and release validation. /li liPromote standardisation while balancing customer needs with long-term product scalability and maintainability. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in Product Management, Solution Design, or Functional Consulting within enterprise planning or retail planning solutions. /li liStrong understanding of retail planning processes and methodologies.
