You will work directly with farmers to ensure smooth operation of Afimilk products, troubleshoot any issues, and provide training on system use. The role requires a strong background in technical problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑oriented approach. Experience with agricultural or dairy farming equipment is an advantage, but not required. /p pThis is a hands‑on position with frequent travel to farm locations. /p pThe successful applicant for the position of Synergy system Technical Support will be required to: /p ul liProvide Tear 2 remote and onsite technical support within the CZ Republic area and from time‑to‑time other EU locations /li liThe position will require extensive travel /li liParticipate in Global Support team training and seminars overseas /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide remote onsite support according to EU support manager /li liProactive monitoring on system performances (remote onsite) /liliProvide technical training and information updates to Afimilk dealers technicians /li liCooperation with the dealers and Afimilk sales team to maximize sales opportunities. /li liSupport activity reporting in the Afimilk CRM system /li liEscalation to tear 3 following the SLA defined by the HQ /li liProvide technical Support to Customers outside of North Italy when needed /li liReceive full responsibility for Synergy technical support within 6 months from start of onboarding /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
