29321; We are looking for 60; We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Travel Agent - Categorie protette (L.68/99) (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
60; 60; Your role in BizAway Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.) Your basic qualifications At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up) Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning) High school diploma or equivalent required.
