Cesarin, based in Verona, realizes mostly candied and semi-candied fruit, jams, marmalades and stabilized plants. **Purpose of the position**:
Support the sales department through the management and fulfillment of purchase orders, processing as per expiry sales statistics.
**Description of main Activities/Responsabilities**: - Switching the call to the requested function
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the shipment of the sample, and archive in the appropriate binders the copies of the documentation
- Help in the year-end inventory
- Insert in the system the order received from Italian customers, agents and sales officials
- Transfer the sales order to the production manager
- Prepare and store the necessary documents for the shipment of the goods
- Preparing, moulding and checking the invoices relating to the supplies made
- Activities of reporting
- Manage the non-conformities and the relative crediting notes for goods return, price difference and/or various anomalies **Language and Personal skills**: - ** LANGUAGES**: - Basic english
