Job Summary:

This remote role supports UK trading entities and holding companies within a multinational corporation. The position focuses on ensuring accurate statutory reporting, managing external audits, and overseeing month-end close processes. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison for financial compliance and reporting across international teams.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare statutory financial statements and support audits for UK entities. Oversee month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations. Manage interactions with outsourced accounting service providers. Ensure compliance with tax accounting and regulatory reporting requirements. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external auditors. Strong knowledge of US GAAP.



Experience with statutory reporting and audits. Fluent English proficiency. Experience with accounting and financial reporting for UK trading entities and holding companies within a multinational environment is required
