Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department.

The resource, inserted in the Litigation & Labour Team, will mainly provide support to the Litigation & Labour Legal Counsel in carrying out the functions' activities. Specifically:
- Preparation of internal notes, opinions and communications, management of executive procedures (third-party garnishments, credit assignments, etc.);
- Support in the preparation of deeds (private agreements, settlement agreements, conciliation minutes, etc.) and in the preparation and drafting of internal documentation (notes, reports, documents and support files for activities);
- Investigative activity (collection of information and documents and coordination with the interested functions)



aimed at drafting litigation documents;
- Study and research of legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence;
- Drafting of opinions and notes in labor law and civil law to support the interested company functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Specialist Degree in Law;
- Experience, even brief, in law firms specialized in civil/labor law or in legal departments of companies is a plus;
- Good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus;
- Good knowledge of the Office package;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Teamwork predisposition.

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION
- Internship duration: 6 months;
- Internship location: Milan.
