Riassunto dell'opportunità da parte della Joinrs AI: Leonardo cerca un Junior Labor Analyst con laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline tecnico-manageriali affine. Il ruolo prevede l'analisi e il monitoraggio dei KPI produttivi, la gestione dei piani di produzione e budget, e la realizzazione di report periodici a supporto delle decisioni operative e manageriali. È offerto un contratto a tempo indeterminato con modalità di lavoro ibrida, retribuzione annua lorda indicativa tra €32.731,92 e €43.000, tredicesima mensilità, bonus legato ai risultati aziendali, buoni welfare e possibilità di formazione continua.

The Labor Analyst contributes, based on estimates, actuals, progress and program requirements, to the elaboration and updating of the production plan, related workloads and the industrial plan/budget for direct and indirect labor.

They also monitor the trend of production performance through structured analysis of the main functional KPIs, labor actuals and deviations from plan and budget, contributing to the development of periodic reporting and analyzes to support operational and managerial decisions.
