We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Junior Recruiter will: - support with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- support employee lifecycle processes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- collaborate the HR Manager to support key initiatives and projects. **Skills and Experience** To qualify for the role you must have:



- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources/economics/psychology or a related field
- Good English level (at least B2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
