Service Technician

We are recruiting a **Service Technician** to strengthen our team in Italy. **Main Responsibilities** Install, commission, inspect, troubleshoot and repair steel belts and processing equipment supplied, or serviced by IPCO. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment. Promote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements. Coordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO. Prepare all documentation and reports to be signed by the customer. Enter reports into IPCO CRM with actions assigned in a timely manner. **Requirements**:
Technical diploma or similar. 1-3 years of industrial or service experience. Experience in TIG welding. Certification is a plus. Basic computer skills. Good communication skills and service minded. Drivers License is mandatory.
