Within the Governance & Project Portfolio Direction, in the Subsidiaries Governing Processess and Model structure, you could collaborate in defining governance model and the coordination mechaninsms and processes between the International Banks and the Division. **What will be your activities**: - Define and coordinate the internal committees' framework of ISBD, including drafting of respective regulations
- Contribute to monitoring, analysing and distributing of the Group Rules to the International Banks, as well as supporting their implementation
- Adapt the Group Rules and drafting of specific regulations addressed to International Subsidiaries and supporting their implementation
- Contribute to the coordination of activities regarding Product Governance Oversight within ISBD
- Participate in ISBD projects and initiatives in the streams related to governance issues **What you will learn**: - An overview of Banking regulatory context and banking business
