Thanks to the recent acquisitions of important players in the belonging market, IRCA is becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry, with 22 manufacturing facilities in Europe, US and Vietnam and a combined €1 billion of revenues. **Purpose of Position**:
Support the Chief Financial Officer in the management of administrative/financial activities by acting as a reference for the group's foreign subsidiaries in the collection and subsequent analysis of consolidated data. **Description of main Activities/Responsabilities**:
- Support for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the group
- Interaction with subsidiaries in the preparation of corporate reporting package
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly closing reports
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Identification of the IFRS adjustment vs local gap
- Preparation of the procedures for accurate closing process **Professional and Personal skills**: - ** Education**: - Master’s degree in Economics and Finance
- **Professional Skills**: - Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and basic accounting literature (IFRS)
- Ability to analyze and process financial information
- Aaccuracy in preparing financial information
- ** Experiences**: - 5+ years in a similar role in a company and/or in a consultancy firm
- ** Language Skills**: - English: good level
- ** Computer Skills**: - MS Office
