European Tech Recruit in Pavia, Italy, is seeking an accomplished Analog IC Design Engineer to join a fast-growing semiconductor startup focused on ASIC development.
You will own the design from architecture through transistor level, supervise layout, and verify post-layout results for high‑performance analog/mixed-signal blocks such as ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, LDOs, and PLLs; collaborate with layout and verification teams and mentor junior engineers.
