**Main Responsibilities**
- Venue start-up
- Venue maintenance
- React to the day-to-day changes proposed by Content
- Make changes as the product evolves, whether they are changes created by KL Spain or internal changes.
- Propose improvements and improve the technique as the technique evolves or as the budget improves/improves. **Requirements**: - IP video/audio (dante, ndi, 2110...)
- Good knowledge in IT Networks.
- Use of non-broadcast equipment such as VMIX, OBS, streaming platforms.
- High knowledge in Broadcast, installation, cabling and Broadcast ecosystems (equipment configuration, audio, intercom).
- Be updated and up to date with new techniques both in broadcasting and streamer world.
- Be up to date with the streamer world, what tools are used locally.
- Good leadership skills
