**Main Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and various other types of commercial agreements, including consulting agreements, intellectual property license agreements, etc.
- Prepare, file and maintain corporate records and registrations in the various jurisdictions in which the company operates.
- Research a variety of legal issues and provide clear, concise advice and recommendations.
- Manage key contract dates and milestones.
- Assist with any other duties or initiatives as designated by the Corporate Counsel from time-to-time. **Requirements**: - 2 years of relevant experience in managing legal contracts.
- Desirable experience in image rights management.
- Negotiation skills and commercial approach.
- Proactivity and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Being a collaborative team player.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
