**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of designers to effectively deliver all needed assets on a timely manner.
- Create, adapt and manage digital pieces for social media channels, static, animation and video.
- Graphic design for print and corporeal (panels, roll-ups, posters, interior design).
- Automation and optimization of digital assets (After, Figma, Csv,...) **Requirements**: - A multi-skilled creator in design with extensive experience in image retouching, illustration and motion graphics. We value additional skills such as 3D design and web design (UX/UI).
- Experience managing a team of designers.
- Studies in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency working with the Adobe package, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects as well as Figma and Cinema 4D.
- Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office).
- Vision and orientation to objectives and results
- Proactive, flexible and decisive attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and integrated with the team.
- Capacity for planning and organization.
- Team work.
- Creativity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
