We are currently looking for a:
**Customer Success Specialist** **Main Responsibilities**: - Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers, guide them through our products and services, and ensure they have a clear understanding of the features offered.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to customers, address any issues or questions, and anticipate their needs to maximize satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to continually improve our products and services, acting as a bridge between users and our development team.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to assess customer performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
