Screens incoming queries.
Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.
Checks and forwards legal documentation.




Provides administrative support to Management team **Qualifications**:
Good communication skills
Very good typing skills and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Availability to work flexible shift hours **Working hours**:
Monday/Friday from 17.30 to 21.30 **Contract Type**:
Maternity Leave replacement - Fixed term contract for approximately 6/8 months **Employee Type**:
