HR Talent Acquisition Intern

FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate that will be part of our HR department **in the HQ in Bologna** as **HR Talent Acquisition Intern** for a **6 months internship**. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs to attract top talent
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork
- Assist with employer branding initiatives,



such as updating social media profiles and careers website with relevant content and engaging job postings
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools to continuously improve our talent acquisition process
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned **Requirements**: - Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- ** A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
