Support the execution of all marketing activities for the brand: - Organizing and executing activities related to marketing plans
- Preparing and managing any corrective actions in case the set KPI targets are not met
- Supporting Digital PR and Social Media management activities
- Managing all operational activities related to event organization
- Collaborating in the creation of promotional advertising and P.O.P. materials
- Participating in the creation of lookbooks, brand content, and creative assets **What you will bring**: - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related fiel
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing teams of structured companies/agencies; fashion retail experience will be a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to step out of your comfort zone in a startup environment, where we need to build processes and procedures from scratch
- Project management approach and experience in managing multi-brand projects
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
