1. Mission and key priorities of the role The IT Ops Specialist will work in a legal entity part of a primary group operating in the Paper business. 2. Your responsibilities include
- Participate to IT transformation initiatives such as new projects or systems roll-out to support M&A; initiatives
- Support manufacturing and operations on other Operation Technology (OT) systems
- Support IT infrastructure team in problem solving and new requirements collection
- Identify problematic areas, designing and proposing solutions to be implemented.
- Collaborate with the Group IT to maintain standards and functionality.
- Participate in central projects or in the local declination of the central projects
- Availability to travel, even for extended periods, for analysis and support at production sites based on management needs and ongoing projects 3. Who are we looking for
- Bachelor/ Master in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Aveva/Wonderware software will be considered as a plus. SAP is a nice to hace.
- Willingness to cultivate close partnerships with our manufacturing teams acting as a reliable business partner
- Ability to listen and translate business needs in ERP solutions demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills, highly organized, structured and able to prioritize
- Fluent in Italian and English 4.
