**Support Tech Lead**
**Trecate, Italy (hybrid)** **Languages: Must speak English and Italian** **Key Responsibilities**: - Communicate effectively in English and Italian.
- Coordinate with customers and offshore teams for incident resolution.
- Provide support for Honeywell PHD, DOS, and Bflex products.
- Be the first point of contact for our customers.
- Production support experience with the mentioned products is essential.
- Knowledge of Seeq and Nifi is a plus. **Skills Required**: - Expertise in Honeywell PHD, DOS, and Bflex.
- Strong production support and maintenance skills.
