Are you ready to shape the future of planning in the Consumer Goods and Retail industry? We’re expanding our local expertise and looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects focused on Business Integrated Planning, with a strong emphasis on the Anaplan Planning Solution.
Location: Milan – Missori (hybrid work model)
What will you do?
- Lead and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle—from conceptual design to successful implementation.
- Analyze and define functional requirements across key planning processes: Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, Supply & Production Planning, Distribution Planning, and Consolidation.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of both technical and functional deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering their growth through hands-on training and technical leadership.
- Work primarily on projects within the High Fashion sector, collaborating with top-tier brands.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A Master’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent), preferably from a top-tier university or business school.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms or in planning functions (Supply Chain or Financial Planning) within major Consumer Goods or Retail Fashion companies.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan (experience with similar planning platforms such as Board is also highly valued), including technical solution delivery.
- Solid understanding of planning processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
- Interest in the Consumer Goods and Retail industry.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A quantitative mindset and analytical approach to problem-solving.
