As a Customer Support specialist in the fintech industry everyday will be a different and exciting day. You’ll be the face of one of the world’s top payment processing brands: you will help users investigate, researching and identifying issues. You will be a point of reference and trust for them. Talking on the phone or via email with different people and facing different situations, you’ll have the opportunity to improve your communication and problem solving skills day by day. You will be part of a friendly,
