WE ARE HIRING FOR TWO OF OUR LOCATIONS, ONE IN DUOMO DI MILANO AND THE OTHER IN PARABIAGO MILANO. As the Front Office Executive, the first impression of the guests and visitors on the academy depends on you. It will be your foremost responsibility to assist all incoming guests, visitors, and members, and help prospective students with the appropriate information that they require on study programmes. **Job Description**: - Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Attend to all visitors and determine the purpose of their visit.
- Direct visitors/ students to appropriate destinations or waiting rooms.
- Collect, sort,



distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars, and remind the respective personnel of the appointments.
- Receive payments, record receipts for services and handle and reconcile all petty cash daily.
- Take and resolve complaints from customers.
- Perform basic clerical duties, such as photocopying & assist with admin and HR tasks as needed. Exceptional IT, communication and Presentation skills are essential and experience in marketing, counselling or call centre will be an added advantage.
