Your amazing attitude is vital to Mama’s success. **Objective**:The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming guest and making them feel welcomed in their environment. **Qualifications** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Greets and welcomes guests.
- Assigns rooms and keys.
- Adheres to room rates as assigned by Front Office Manager.
- Maintain room availability.
- Collects and distributes messages for guest.
- Prepares bills and collects payments for visit.
- Assists in solving billing discrepancies.
- Answers inquiries regarding hotel area and services.
- Adopts immaculate phone and interaction etiquette with guests
- Provides genuine service and welcome to all guests
- Provides guests with places to visit, eat and shop.
- Arranges transportation of guest.
- Maintains hotel records.
- Runs nightly reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
