Etjca Spa, branch of Padua, is looking for a figure for a company operating in the insurance sector:

Administrative/Accounting Clerk

The resource will be responsible for managing the main internal administrative and accounting activities, as well as specific duties related to the activity of the insurance agency.

Duties
- Management of internal accounting and first entry;
- Control and registration of active and passive invoices;
- Management and verification of documentation relating to pay slips, in collaboration with external consultants;
- Control of invoices issued by sub-agents;
- Preparation and management of payments;
- Cash management and end-of-day accounting closing;
- Administrative management of insurance campaigns and related balances;
- Calculation and verification of commissions;
- Control of turnover and the accounting situation of sub-agents;
- Management control activities and verification of movements;
- Preparation of F24 forms;
- Collection,



preparation and organization of documentation to be sent to the accountant;
- General support for the administrative and accounting activities of the agency;

Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in administrative, economic or accounting fields;
- Previous experience in administrative-accounting roles;
- Preferable experience gained in insurance agencies, insurance brokers or companies in the insurance sector;
- Good knowledge of general accounting and main administrative duties;
- Good familiarity with IT and management tools;
- Precision, reliability and ability to organize work independently;
- Confidentiality and attention in managing data and administrative documentation.

Good organizational skills, precision and willingness to work in a dynamic context and in contact with various internal and external figures complete the profile.

Contractual details
- Fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent employm
