Join us to make a difference! We are looking for a person that will help us reinforce the Facilities team with a temporary contract. **What you will do**:
As a Front Office Specialist, you will: - present a proper corporate image to all of those who contact the company
- welcome visitors and be the point of reference for practical information for customers, visitors, and employees from other offices
- be in charge of the reception/front desk, filtering and sorting incoming calls
- manage daily activities such as shipping, arranging transportation and booking meeting rooms for guests
- monitor and ensure the proper provision of general services for the desks and other corporate areas **Who you are**: - A flexible team player who has good communication skills in both Italian and English
