- Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes
- Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;
- Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;
- Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;
- Pronoting and organising demonstrations of our sales staff;
- Manage customer master data and arrange updates;
- Standardising CRM processes;
- Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;
- Handling complaints;
- Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area; **REQUIREMENTS**:
