QA Manager (Remote)

As our company continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a proactive and independent QA Manager.
Responsibilities
As QA Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality assurance processes within our international organic food ingredient business. Your tasks will include:
• Managing and reviewing product specifications
• Evaluating laboratory analyses and certifications
• Communicating with suppliers, customers, and laboratories
• Handling quality claims and non-conformities
• Managing organic certification documentation (EU organic, Naturland, and other relevant schemes)
• Supporting audits and compliance procedures
• Improving QA workflows within our ERP systems (Odoo)




• Conducting supplier and product risk assessments
• Ensuring compliance with EU food and organic regulations
Requirements
• Experience in QA / Quality Management within food or agriculture
• Experience with organic products is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of EU food regulations and certifications (EU organic; Naturland or comparable schemes a plus)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Independent and proactive mindset
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Additional languages such as Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian are a strong plus
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) is a plus
• Available for 25–30 hours per week, with reasonable overlap with European business hours (CET)
