**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office The role will involve:
Supporting, training and advising Sales, Marketing and Technical Specialists to identify risk and resolve case investigations. Develop and maintain good working and customer relationships both nationally and internationally. Conduct technical presentations / training sessions both in-house and offsite to educate and support both customers and subsids/distributors in the optimal use of Binding Site assays and protocols Knowledge and Skills:
A relevant scientific degree/clinical immunology or pathology-based degree (or equivalent) or fully trained Applications Technician Knowledge of Biochemistry instrumentation or knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures.



Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team The ability to travel at short notice and occasionally work weekends/unsociable hours. Full driving license Excellent level of English Language knowledge. Desirable requirements:
The ability to develop training programmes. Knowledge / work experience in an Immunology/Biochemistry company. Knowledge of lab instrumentations in the protein sector. Awareness of cultural and linguistic differences when dealing with international customers. Excellent level of English Language knowledge.
