- ** Data Quality.** Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Ashby, our Applicant Tracking system, ensuring recruitment data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant Your ideal profile: - ** Organizational Skills. **Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, particularly in scheduling interviews, and maintaining records in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Data Driven.** Comfortable using Excel or GSheets to manipulate basic datasets.
- ** Details Oriented.** Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Communication.** Excellent oral and written communication in English (Italian preferred)
