Global Customer Offering Manager

Leading cross functions project team to design, deliver, test and successfully roll-out the offering projects (e.g. new financing platform, new offering architecture, design and rollout new services program)
- Deep understanding of market-by-market business peculiarities and needs for best compromise between global strategy standardization and local customization
- Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the key stakeholders
- Gather and formalize business requirements partnering with Marketing and IT teams
- Anticipating and managing project risks
- Ensure timely and accurate go-to-market
- Sizing revenues impact and ensuring performance KPIs monitoring and follow up both during pilot and rollout phases
- Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or in a well-structured company
- Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, RGM,
Product and Servies design and development or processes improvement
- Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills
- Strong data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness
- Understanding or experience of Salesforce as a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude
- Fluency in English
