**Internship Details**: - **Start Date**:December/January
- **Duration**:6 months with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months
- **Work Hours**:40 hours/week with flexibility (for exams and vacation periods)
- **Work Mode**:Hybrid (1-2 days from the office)
- **Work Location**:Lombardia region preferably in Milan **Responsibilities may include the following activities, in addition to other tasks that may be assigned**: - Collaborate with the Country Business Leader and the Customer Marketers to execute, and manage tactical projects and tools aligned to key strategic pillars (LEAD-EXPAND-WIN) for the Neuromodulation business in Italy.
- Contribute to the administrative management of the Neuromodulation division with particular attention to the management of material and events (sponsorships, MDT events, HCP training) according with internal procedures to ensure efficiency in the OU.
- Assist in the adoption of business tools ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the tracking and reporting of project progress, providing regular updates aligned to our operating mechanisms
- Contribute to the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects. **Required knowledge**: - Fluent in English (part of the work will be in English) and fluent in Italian
- Familiarity with standard Office platforms;
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a business degree or a related field (Legal/Business/ Economy/Marketing)
(Recent graduates 2024 or students in their final year of studies)
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare, medical technology, or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working with diverse teams
- Previous internship or work experience as assistant, project management, business analysis, or related areas is a premio.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement **Would be a plus**:
