Felicitysolar in Milan is seeking a customer-facing technical support engineer to handle troubleshooting, pre-sales support, and post-sales training for our solar products. This role involves travel within Italy and collaboration with sales and R&D; to improve products and materials.
The role requires at least two years of related experience and fluency in Italian, Chinese and English; French is a plus. Salary is 2,000–3,500 EUR gross per month depending on experience and qualifications.
